The Chef: passion and expertise
Magnus La Table offers a bistronomic menu celebrating local and seasonal products. The chef, Charly Lépian, trained at Trois Gros and Michel Guerard, carefully crafts each dish to showcase the freshness of local ingredients. The deliberately short menu evolves with the seasons, offering generous and inventive cuisine. Dishes feature fish from artisanal fishing, local meats, seasonal vegetables, and herbs from our garden, all elevated to perfection in every plate.

An authentic setting
Located in a former stone mill dating back to the 1870s, the restaurant offers 48 seats on the terrace and 56 indoors, in a friendly and baroque ambiance with subtle decor blending tradition and modernity. Magnus La Table welcomes you for lunches with friends, business meals, romantic dinners, and special celebrations.
The Owner
Arnaud Roux-Oulié, a third-generation winemaker of the family estate, embodies the perfect fusion of art and wine. His artworks, some of which are displayed in the restaurant, pay homage to current events and personal inspirations. To combine his passion for painting and wine, he not only creates wines that reflect his personality but also designs the annual labels adorning the bottles.
Recently becoming a restaurateur, his ambition through Magnus La Table is to highlight the Fronsadais region with a gourmet traditional address.
A 100% Bordeaux Wine List
Aligned with the vineyard's identity, the wine list showcases local vintages, featuring a selection of Bordeaux's finest wines, carefully chosen by the owner. Each dish is paired with a wine from the estate or the region, creating a perfect harmony between food and wine.

Events
To make Magnus La Table a meeting place for epicureans from all backgrounds, the restaurant offers a variety of events throughout the year. Whether for baptisms, weddings, anniversaries, or other occasions, the venue is ideal for hosting private receptions. In addition, themed evenings, four-handed dinners with guest chefs, Sunday brunches, and live concerts will bring the restaurant to life, offering gourmet, interactive, and cultural experiences. A seminar room, a lifestyle and wine boutique, and 5 guest rooms will soon complement the Lagüe estate's wine tourism offer.
